How do I copy from a Yahoo email and paste onto a Word document?

I have highlighted what I want from the Yahoo email, right-clicked, clicked
on copy, opened a new word document, clicked on paste and that's when Word
freezes up, sends an error report and exits itself.

Try emptying your Temp Internet Files folder.....

When pasting into Word, try using Edit | Paste Special | Paste as:
Unformatted text.
