How do I copy and paste an appointment in Outlook?

This should be straightforward, but I cannot find how to do it. In the main
Outlook window, I wish to click on an appointment, copy it, and paste it as a
copy on a different day. There must be a method for this, surely?

I drag it with the right mouse button, release and select Copy. Make sure
to grab it on the coloured bar on the left side of the apointment (or it
tries to edit the text)

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!

Imagine if every Thursday your shoes exploded if you tied them the usual
way. This happens to us all the time with computers, and nobody thinks of
complaining.
