How do i copy a template form and put it in my database?

We really like the form in Microsoft's Event Management template. How do I
copy one form from this tmeplate and put it in another Access file?

Thanks so much!
 
Open the target file, and then go file->get external data->import.

The import option allows you to import ONE form, or ONE report etc.
