how do I copy a personal calendar to the main calendar

When it was copied from my old system (office 2000) it ended up in the
personal calendar instead of the primary, and now it won't set alarms, or
sync with my palm pilot.

Select all the contents (items) in the calendar and drag to the correct
Calendar - change to the By Category View first (it's a table) so they are
readily selected.
