How do I convert Outlook Express MESSAGES to Windows Mail format

I copied all my saved Outlook Express messages to my new PC. Now I want to
convert them to Windows Mail so I can read them. I cannot find any info on
how to convert them to Windows Mail format. Does anyone know?
