How do i convert existing forms to custom forms in outlook 2003

Hi, I hope someone can help me out on this please. It is very important for
me to not have to do this the long way. I Made a custom form for all of my
outlook contacts awhile back, and have been using them ever since with no
problems. Today i downloaded the AIM sync, and it reverted all of my contacts
back to the original forms. I have no idea how to get my old form veiw back
for all of my contacts. I know that in office 2000, there was a nice form
converter tool. However, this won't work on my office 2003 outlook. I was
wonering if anyone knows how i can convert all of my contacts back to my
custom form? I have about 800 contacts that all ave the same problem, and i
was hoping someone could please help me. I am using Outlook 2003 SP1.

thank you for this response.

We developed this tool, because we also become mad with our custom forms
after we updated Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2002.
