How do I convert a msworks data base file to an Excel data base?

How can I convert a ms works data base file so that I can e-mail it to others
who have nothing but ms office? They cannot open works files with office.

Use Work's Export or Save As facility (I can't remember which) to export
the database in a standard format such as CSV or XLS.
