How do I connect two networks (with their respectives domains)

I have this problem: I need to build a print server (domain: printers - Windows 2000 Server, with two NIC's of course), I have two networks (192.168.39.0 - domain: one1, Windows 2000 Server & 192.168.104.0 - domain: two2, Windows NT4 Server), I can look one domain (one1) but I can´t see the other. In the 192.168.39.0, when I use the Active Directory (the trust relationship) I get this message (The RPC server it's not available) and I don´t know how to configure the trust domain between the NT4 network and the domain printers.

If anyone could help me, I would be very apreciated...
 
just kill the trust... start up the trust on the nt4 side... and allow the
2000 domain... then, using the same 'trust' password (make it the network
admin password to avoid confusion) set up the trust on the 2000 side. if
you use the ad domains and trusts you shouldn't have a problem...

i run a production trust from the PDC of the nt4 domain to one of the
replicant partners of my ad domain... i just simply setup the transitive
trust and can freely browse / use the nt4 components.

do I have to do anything special with the NIC's (I type the ROUTE ADD xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx MASK 255.255.255.0 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx command) to get the connection work?
