I would like to use Outlook 2003 to receive or send messages using the new
Hotmail addresses in Europe (@Hotmail.co.uk and @Hotmail.it). The regular
http server (http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp) does not seem
able to gain access.
