how do i configure the limited account on xp home

I have been in a window before when i was just browsing through window xp
many features and saw I could edit items in a login......or somthing to do
with editing a login on microsft...how would and do i do that again please

Hi - I have no idea what it is you're trying to do. Can you repost with more
detail? "edit items in a login" doesn't mean anything to me....
