How do i configure Outlook 2007 for Gmail?

I was setting up my Outlook 2007 account on Vista to work with my Gmail
account but it would not connect to the server after multiple attempts in
every way I could find.
 
Since Outlook 2007 is not listed, try the settings for 2003. You have to
select server port settings on the Advanced tab in 2003. I don't know where
those settings are in 2007.
