I installed MS Office 2003 on three computers using XP
Professional, but one of the versions of Outlook doesn't
seem to be working. Rather than figuring out exactly how
to fix it, the other tech guy and I agreed that
uninstalling Outlook would be the way to go.
However, when we "uninstall" it and reinstall it, all the
same settings, and even the old e-mail messages, are all
still there. Is there some way to completely uninstall
Outlook and start from scratch? I've searched the
Knowledge Base and can't refine the search enough to get
anything useful.
Thanks,
Brian
