How do I combine two pictures in Picture Manager--one atop other?

Want to take two pics in my picture manager and edit one atop the other.
I've seen it but can't figure out how to do it.

suggest you re-post your question to a newsgroup that supports Picture
Manager. this NG answers questions about tables and database design using MS
Access relational database software.
