How do I combine duplicate contact folders

Do you mean that you have two folders that have the same (or some of the
same) Contacts in them (in which case I'm not sure why you would want to
combine them), or do you mean that you have different Contacts in two
folders, and you would like all the Contacts in a single folder?

I seem to have at least six contact folders, three personal folders w/all of
the subheadings (junk mail, drafts, inbox, etc.). I opened each one and
deleted all of the duplicates in each file --rather time consuming, but at
least I could delete the empty folder. Now I have just one Business Contact
Manager File, one contact file, one archive file.
This all happened when I deleted PDF Converter 4 Professional --must have
caused some problems.

Anyway, thanks for the reply.
