How do I clear Frontpage cache & Temp Files?

I had an issue with our host that caused duplication of every file in my site
(in FrontPage) and I need to clear the cache and then reopen the site so that
my files & folders are correct. I had the same issue on my work computer but
my IT guy found a small software download that cleaned those for me but for
some readon I can't get it to work here at home. He says that there is
something blocking the install on this computer that results in an error when
I try to run the progrem.

Is there another (very simple) way to clear these files? I am not very
computer literate and what I know was self taught so if anybody has any
insight can you reply in very kindergarten terms?

Thanks!

Crap Cleaner (but I guess they don't call it that anymore) -
http://www.ccleaner.com for general computer clean up....

And then there's Steve Easton's miracle cure for Frontpage temp files:

Actually the Steve Easton program is the one that worked at the office but I
get an error on here when I try to run it. I checked out the crap cleaner
software but it doesn't mention anything about cleaning FrontPage Files.

Ccleaner: It doesn't specifically clean FP files...just general temp and
other garbage files. I use it everyday....my computer is sparklely clean :-)

You can also delete FP temp files manually from inside FP. Tools | Site
Settings | Advanced
Delete Temp Files.

And do a search on your HD for *.web and delete all returned except for any
Xara files.
