How do I clear blank Rows?

Hi

I have a spreadsheet with approx 290 records but the
scroll bar is only half way down the page.

I am creating statements from these records but because of
the approx 270 blank rows, I am getting lots of statements
with no information. Basically I am getting 290 correct
statements and a futher 270 blank ones.

Can anyone tell me how to cear blank rows?

Put the curser in A291. Hit Ctrl>Shift>End at the same
time. Right click inside the highlighted area and choose
delete. Hit Ctrl>Home. Here's the most important; save
the spreadsheet. This should solve the problem, however I
have had to close and re-open the document to activate
what I've done.

You should be able to do a sort on a column leaving the empty rows at the
bottom.
Highlight and delete the empty rows.
