I want to create a button to save the data and leave the form blank. How do
I do the 'leave the form blank' part, I have the save button?

Karen,

Is your form 'bound' to a table as a source to store it's
records? This is the easiest way in Access as then you enter
your data into the form and then if you navigate to the next
record, it should come up blank for new entry again. Access
will save a record any time you move to another one, whether
new or existing.

In addition to Gary's method, you could set the form as Data Entry = Yes in
the Form properties. Each time the form is open it will automatically open
to Add and will not show any previous records. Users can enter multiple
records using Gary's method until finished and then close the form. When
they open the next time it will go back to the 'Add' method and bring up a
new blank form.
