How do I change which ISP Outlook uses for hyperlinks?

My Outlook currently uses an old AOL version as its ISP when you click on a
link in Outlook-like a contact's webpage. We now have a cable modem, so we
are getting rid of AOL. How can I change it so when you click on the link for
my contact's webpage, it will link through Internet Explorer?
