How Do I change .wbk file location in Offic-XP 2002?

I thought I would have the opportunity to specify file locations for all of
my users on my WIN-XP PRO SP2 system. I have been mildly surprised! The only
thing I can modify on the 'File Locations' is documents, clipart pictures,
user templates, and other no specific files! Am I out of luck with is
feature?

"Always create backup copy."

You can't specify a location for .wbk files because they're simply the
previous saved file of the document, renamed in place.
