how do i change upper case to lower case in a full sentance?

I have written a document in word and have done a paragraph in uppercase, is
there any way to change to lowercase without deleting all of paragraph.
 
Select the paragraph. Press Shift-F3. Press it again, and again. You will
cycle through various capitalization options.

This answer has already been given, but since the selection presented by
Shift+F3 varies depending on the context, I prefer Format | Change Case,
where I get the full menu.
