Control Panel->Sounds and Multimedia->Sounds tab. Scroll down to the New
Mail Notification and then use the Browse button to select a new sound or
change the default to none using the dropdown arrow.
Next time, since this is a Windows question, you would be better served
searching the archives of a Windows group or posting in that group. Also,
Windows Help files also contain this information.
And last, but not least, groups.google.com is your friend.
