how do I change the time in a business manager phone log entry

Have created phone log entries in Business manager and they are entries done
after the fact. I can't figure out how to change the time and date to
reflect the correct time and date?
 
You can't through Outlook/BCM. It assumes you are creating the entry
while you are on the phone.
