How do I change the system's language to Korean?

I bought the barebone system (Acer) in Canada a few days ago.
I want to install the system in Korean but apparently
I was told that in Canada the Korean Vista is not out yet?
I thought that the CD included all languages but apparently not.
Is this true?
So if I want to install the system in Korean I have to get a Korean Vista CD?
Arggg, this is so annoying.

The Vista installation media does not contain all languages, and the only
Vista version that can accept language packs is Vista Ultimate. There is a
Korean language pack for Vista Ultimate.
