Please help!! We are creating a large presentation & want to create a second
section were the page numbers will start over again at #1. Is there any way
to do this?

Not in the same presentation unless you manually insert page numbers and do
not use the auto page numbering feature. You could have another presentation
and link from one to the other. Here is an excellent tutorial on linking
presentations. http://www.awesomebackgrounds.com/powerpointlinking.htm

Are you only interested in the slide numbers for your handouts? If so,
separate your presentation into two separate presentations, each beginning
with slide 1, and print your handouts. Then put the two back together again
for the actual presentation.

Split the presentation wherever you want a new next page number. Set the
starting page in the second (or subsequent) presentation. In the first
presentation, create a hyperlink on the last page (linked to any text or
object) to the second presentation. When you get to the last page, click on
the hyperlink and the second presentation will open with its correct starting
number.
