How do I change the picture on my account name?

I have Windows XP Professional. It was a clean install, not
an upgrade.

I created a new account in Control Panel but when I try to
select a picture for my new account I get an error box that
says "Automation Server can't create object". The only
choice is to click on OK. No picture at all is assigned to
the account.

I can't find anything about this error in the Microsoft
Knowledge Base.

How do I fix this so I can add a picture to my account?

Thank you.

Jerry,

Adding to Kelly's advice:

Click Start | Run | type
"regsvr32 oleaut32.dll"
then "regsvr32 ole32.dll"
"regsvr32 /i shdocvw.dll"

I am red-faced with shame. After a three-hour hunt, I
discovered that I had done this to myself. Another MVP had
told me how to disable the new Win XP FAX and Picture
Previewer by going Start>Run>regsvr32 /u shimgvw.dll

I turned it back on with Start>Run>regsvr32 shimgvw.dll

Just goes to show what damage you can do to yourself with
side effects from O/S tweaks!

Thanks everyone for their help!
