How do I change the Passwoed Popup?

Our passwords expire every 45 days. A reminder window telling them the
password will expire in 15 days pops up. How do I change the reminder to
only give the users 5 days instead of 15?

Sorry for the double post, but I didn't get a response...

You don't say if these are local or Domain accounts. If local, go into
Local Security Policy or if Domain, modify the appropriate GPO ->
Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Local Policies -> Security
Options -> Prompt user to change password before expiration = set to
desired value.
 
This is on a NT 4.0 domain.
