Yes. Here's a few steps from my recommended way (I train in
productivity/time management using Outlook):
Add some columns to the TaskPad (right click the column header and select
Field Chooser | Remove Icon, then add Due Date, and whatever other fields
would help you).
Arrange the TaskPad by Priority (right click the column header and set to
group by priority in descending order)
