how do I change the order of worksheets in a workbook

In Excel 2007, how do I change the order of worksheets in a workbook? In
Excel 2003 I could move the worksheet tabs at the bottom of the workbook
 
It should be the same as 2003. Either click and drag the worksheet tab to
the desired position, or right-click and select "Move or Copy".

Is the Workbook protected? If so, try unprotecting it (under the Review
Tab) and see if you can move them then.

Thanks ... it is protected BUT I entered the correct password to "unprotect"
it when I opened it. The Review |Protected tab has the following checked
- Protect Structure & Windows
- Unrestricted Access

I would have thought this is sufficient to change the worksheet order.

But I did as you suggested ... removed the protection. Then I could
re-order. Then I put protection back on.
