Is there a way to change the colors for appointments in Outlook? I set an
appointment in Calendar, but have to use default colors.....I can change what
the labels say, but can't find how to change the colors....

And you wrote a book? I use outlook 2003, and when you create the
appointment, you can choose the color of the label when creating the
appointment.

I'm glad you know how to do that, because it's a very useful feature. The
poster, however, was asking a different question. They wanted to know
whether it was possible to use different colors from the "default colors"
that Microsoft provides for this feature. While it is possible to change the
text label associated with any given color, it is not possible to add more
color labels, nor is it possible to change the color associated with any
label. Blue is blue, and green and green, and that's the way it will be.

And so I answered no to their question. If I didn't read their mind
correctly, maybe they'll drop by and clarify the issue.
