I have published my original website and made revisions before. Did
revisions yesterday and when I tried to publish it, even though my password
was stored it kept asking for password. Tried typing password and still the
same response. Is there anyway I can change my password or how would I
publish my website otherwise?

Hi Angel,

I wonder if this could be an issue with your web host and not
necessarily with Front Page itself?

Perhaps you could contact your web host and establish whether they are
having a problem at their end?

It's happened to me from time to time...

Best wishes,

Karen

1) Are you saying the "save logon/save password" (the check box that says
"Remember My Logon" (or similar) thing isn't working? I've had that
problem, I have to type in the log on details every time?; or

2) That the password prompt keeps coming back because your password is
apparently incorrect? That seems more like a Host issue - contact them,
they can reset your password. You can probably do it yourself through your
control panel for your hosting account.

Otherwise, make sure you don't have caps lock on and that you're inputting
the password exactly as it should be entering numbers as numbers, not
confusing similar characters eg 'B', '8' or '1' (digit number one) and 'l'
(lower case 'L'). etc.

great advice from Andrew...

can't add much more than that.

Let us know how it turned out for you Angel, okay? Every problem
solved is another solution for the rest of us!
