and support you by telling you the details
necessary to use email.

It should show you exactly how to setup your account with the server
names and other settings. Just look for the instructions for Windows
Mail or Outlook Express, they have the same setup. If you need help

There is no such thing as changing your server from smtp to pop3 - POP3

There is no such thing as changing your server from smtp to pop3 - POP3 is
for receiving mail and SMTP is for sending mail - you need both. We'd
need
to know who your email provider is to help you any further (just the part
of
your e-address AFTER the @ symbol please).
