How do I change my format to jpg.

In picture it with new XP it comes with PNG as the file format; and it takes 45 minutes to send one picture. Can anyone help me change this format to the jpg fromat. Thanks.
 
When you do a Save As just change the format in the "Save as Type" box to
JPG.

Load the picture in a photo utility program such as Photoshop or Paint and just save it into a different format such as .jp
