how do i change monthly view of calender with NO weekends?

AT ONE TIME WITH OUTLOOK I WAS ABLE TO CHOOSE TO TAKE OFF WEEKENDS BUT I HAVE
FORGOTTEN HOW.......SO WHAT DO I DO?

I USE MICROSOFT OUTLOOK......( not the outlook express)
THIS WOULD BE FOR THE MONTHLY VIEW OF CALENDER IN OUTLOOK.
