How do I change internet format for all contacts?

I use a PC, an XDA and a laptop. I synchronise the xda from the PC, then use
the xda to synchronise the laptop. It works well except that the laptop
loses the internet format for all contacts from 'Let Outlook decide...' to
'Send using Outlook RTF'. Is there any way that I can change the internet
format for all contacts rather than one at a time?
Thanks

Which version of Outlook?
Do you have a particular reason for using rtf exckusively?
it is, by far, the least supported message format.

Hi Bill, Outlook 2003. I don't want to use rtf, the synchronisation causes
the change. I assume that is because the xda doesn't keep the 'Let Outlook
decide' option. I have tried everything on the xda to sort this out but
there are no options available. Therefore I think I am stuck with the change
which is why I want to change all contacts together every time I synchronise,
rather than individually when I write each email, especially if I want to
send an attachment. Hope this makes sense and that you can help.

Hello,

the format you can change with EditContacts:

http://www.outlook-stuff.com/component/option,com_docman/task,doc_details/gid,3/Itemid,2/

Please set on the tab "Settings" the checkbox "All" and select then
the field "Internetformat".

Hi Peter
Thanks, but I haven't been able to work this out. Is EditContacts a
download? My German is non existent which doesn't help.
Maggie Anne

Yes, it is an Add-In for Outlook.

Please scroll to the end of the posted page and click on "Download".

Peter

Peter, Thank you very much - you have made my life much easier. Sorry I was
so slow, I was phased by the German and didn't make it to the end of the
page. Another lesson learned. Thanks again. Maggie Anne
