How do I change French spelling check to English in Outlook Expres

My Outlook Express spell check feature seems to have only the French
Dictionary loaded. I need to change the settings to English. Any step-by-step
instruction?

This happens when you install Office 2007 - 2007 used different proofing
tools.
Two methods - either install the English proofing tools (only) from Office
2003 (if you have it) or use a third-party spell check for OE.
Google for spell checker Outlook Express - there's quite a few....
