How do I change fonts of the Folderlist?

I really want to know how to return to "default (as installed) fonts for all
the applications. However, in Outlook 2003 I would like to know how to
change the fonts of the Folder, Mail, contact list on the left.

I don't believe the Navigation Pane folder name font can be changed.
