How do I change direction of text in FrontPage?

I would like to change the direction that text flows from top to bottom
vertically. I do this often in Word but can't find the command in FP. I
would rather not create in Word, then copy and paste to FP if I can do right
in FP2003

That isn't something FrontPage can do. (It's HTML, a different format than
most MS Office document types)

The closest you can get is make an image (screenshot in Word).

IF you could find some specialized coding to make it happen with HTML, it's
unlikely to work in anything other than Internet Explorer when viewed.

Although I publish my page as HTML, not all of the page is created as HTML.
Much of it is plain text. I have come to believe that Microsoft needs to
coordinate programs within MS Office. There are many good features in Word
that should be in FrontPage and many good functions in FrontPage that should
be in Word. For now I will use WordArt to change the direction of my text
and re-format the design as needed. Thanks for your ideas!

WordArt is really only viewable for users of IE under Windows. HTML just doesn't support all of the
things can be done in a Word Processing or Desktop publishing application, etc.

The part you're not getting is that *HTML* has no capability to do what you
want.
