How do I change curser to make is show better on a form

I lose my curser on a database worksheet. How do I make it more visible?
 
As far as I know Dorian is right, this isn't really an Access issue, just a
Windows issue.
 
You could use conditional formatting and highlight the field that has
the focus. That won't necessarily help you with other objects, but it
will show you the entry current control that has the focus.
