1. How do I set the target frame to keep the same home page picture, but
change the middle content?

2. How do I set the target frame to keep my website open & view another
linked website at the same time?

3. Which is the best web-hosting that supports Frontpage 2003?
 
1. Set the target Frame for your links to the name of the frame.
2. The same way. however most sites will not let you open them in a frame on another site.
3. Google is your friend. There are many. My favorite is www.123ehost.com
