I am using Front page to create my website. I have discovered interactive
buttons. Is there a way to change all of the buttons at once or do I have to
change them one at a time on each individual page?

have you put the buttons individually on each page or are they there via a
shared border or (better) FrontPage include?

what about them do you want to change? you may be able to use the find and
replace.

The first part of your answer is for another question. I do not know what you
mean by "shared border" or "FrontPage include".

I am completly changing style and content.

Read the Help files on Include Pages, Shared Borders, Dynamic Web Templates.

Your question was "how do you change a button on all pages at once?"

The answer is to use one of the above, which in basic terms, allows you to
place common content (such as a menu) on all pages that requires it, without
editing the individual pages.

Change them on one page and copy / paste them to your other pages
