Set the Destination for Received Faxes
The destination for a received fax can be a printer, a folder, or an e-mail
recipient. To set the destination for a received fax:
In the left pane of Fax Service Management, click Devices.
In the right pane of Fax Service Management, right-click your fax modem,
and then click Properties.
Click the Received Faxes tab.
Under Do this when I receive a fax, select one or more destinations for the
received faxes:
Print on: Select this check box to print faxes as they are received. You
may change the specified printer. The Print on check box is unavailable if
you do not have a printer specified on your computer.
Save in folder: Select this check box to save faxes in the specified
folder. You may change the specified folder.
Send to local e-mail inbox: Select this check box to send faxes to a local
inbox. For Profile Name, select a profile name from the drop-down menu.
The Send to local e-mail inbox check box is for use with a MAPI-enabled
client (Microsoft Outlook, or Microsoft Exchange 5.5 or later). To use this
feature, Fax Services must first be configured to log on to a user account
that is a member of the Administrators group on the computer. For
