how do I cancel an outgoing message, I have tried everything,

I tried e-mailing myself a short video last night, and it's still trying to
send. I have re-booted, deleted the video, tried to delete the outgoing
message, did the "repair" for microsoft office and nothing works. It's still
sitting in my outbox trying to send! Help!
 
Try this, click File>click work offline>X out of Outlook>open Outlook>delete
e-mail>X out of Outlook>open Outlook>click File>Uncheck Work Offline
