how do I break up a large attachment that I am sending in Outlook

Older mail applications including Outlook Express hae an option to break up
large file attachments. My ISP allows on 20megs for email so it's hard to
send large graphics files. Rather than having to use archivers like .zip or
..rar can this be done in Outlook 2003?

Nope. However, there are third party tools that will split large messages
for sending. The recipient will need a corresponding merge tool, however.
