How do I block the sound out in a video with a audio track?

I added 2 slides with video and a track to each but the video wont play when
i select view sideshow... how can i put that automatically. Also , how can I
block the sound out of the video and cover it up with an audio track? Is any
of this possible. Thank you. get back to me ASAP :)

You will need to use a video editor/convertor package to remove the sound
from the video file.

Is the problem that the video won't play at all, or is it that you cannot
make it play automatically. If it's the former, after you've edited it to
take care of the sound issue, try saving it as a WMV and see if that plays
better.
