How do I block sender/subject

Everyday I get an email from "Microsoft" with the
title "Use this patch immediately". Obviously it is not
from Microsoft so I delete it. I have added "Microsoft"
to my blocked senders list and also established a rule
to "do not download from server". However I still get the
email. Any ideas?

Some Internet Service Providers, please contact yours, are attempting
to stem the flood of these virus created e-mails.
You need to rely on your Updated anti-virus client for protection.
There are too many variables in the subject line in these e-mails to
create enough rules to block them all at server level or with mail-rules.
