How do I block network users from viewing my Outlook schedule?

I think you can change that in the properties of the Calendar folder (right
click on the folder and choose Properties). There should be a tab for
security

When you ask questions, use the big white space in the body. Don't rely on
only the subject.

The answer is "depends on how they're seeing it." If they're seeing it in
Free/Busy when they schedule a meeting with you, then stop publishing your
free/busy information. Tools>options>Calendar Options>Free/Busy Options. Set
the number of months to zero. If they're looking directly at your calendar,
then stop sharing it or set your events to be private.
 
Just to add a bit to Brian's suggestion, it is always helpful to include:
- Your Outlook Version (including any service packs)
