I want to backup my registry before I uninstall and
install some software. How do I backup the registry to a
cd in case something goes wrong? I just set a "system
restore" point but I would like to back things up on disc
too. CAN SOMEONE ADVISE ME????? Scared to start until
I know more. Thank You. Jeannie

.

All you have to do is goto the run Command on the start
menu, run regedit and in the file menu export the registry.
A save in file dialog box will appear Give it a name And
save it to my documents folder or as I do save it to the
desktop. Once there I'm sure you know how to copy it to a
CD.
