How do I back up my PST file onto another PC?

Hi everyone, Am new to all this. I have my work laptop which I would like to backup some Excel,Word and Outlook files onto a CD. But my laptop does not have a CD writer but my home PC does.
How do I connect my laptop to the home PC and burn the CD's?
Am a complete novice at all this so HELP!!xx
 
Plug the flash drive into the laptop, add what you need and remove it using SAFE to remove hardware function, and then connect the flash drive to you PC and copy your files to disc.

The outlook file size 846 MB, will this fit onto a stick?
