How do I back up my email configurations?

It takes me a few minutes to create my email accounts in MS Outlook 2003.
I'd rather just create a file with the configurations and then be able to
back them up on another drive. Does anyone out there know how to do this?

for backing up your files please read

But you can´t backup the accounts with this tips on Roadies side.
