Had to reformat HD and lost all appointments and setting with calendar.
Thought that if all files are stored on "storage disk E:\ " and not default
C:\, I would not lose any information or data.
How do I back up MS Office Outlook with Business Contact Manager...calendar,
for future use? Thank you.

You need to backup both the BCM database and all files found in
%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

You will access it by clicking Start -> Run then typing "%userprofile%\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook" and clicking OK

Outlook should be closed before you attempt to copy those files.
Additionally, you will backup BCM from Business Tools -> Database Tools ->
Manage Database.

Next time, don't reformat without someone's help. :-)
